  • Valid within 60 days from date of purchase.
  • Redeem first session within 60 days after purchase, and remaining sessions within 30 days.
  • All sessions must be completed in one month after completing the first session.
  • Valid Mon – Thu: 11am / 11.45am / 12.30pm / 1.15pm / 5.30pm (not including public holidays).
  • 2 people must join same class together, each attends 4 lessons.

OPUS Boutique Fitness Studio

With a goal of achieving fitness and weight loss, Opus offers individualised programs with a focus on Power Plate® training that promotes muscle contractions and improved flexibility in the body through oscillations. This is combined with training protocols such as the TRX suspension trainer, which leverages gravity and body weight to perform exercises of varying resistance and difficulty, and ViPR, which focuses on full-body movement with load that stimulates farming actions for strength building and increased mobility. Classes are kept to small groups to ensure each participant receive equal attention.
